Parigi Investments, Inc. started in 1982 by Sam C. Parigi, Jr. and operated as a commercial real estate and residential developer and commercial and residential property management company.  Parigi Investments, Inc. started out with One (1) secretary and One (1) outside maintenance employee.  Parigi Investments, Inc. grew from 1982 with the One (1) secretary and One (1) outside maintenance employee to Four (4) full-time inside employees and Five (5) full-time outside maintenance employees.  In 1994 Parigi Investments, Inc. bought out Beaumont Property Management, Inc. and at that time doubled in the number of properties it managed.  In 1997 Parigi Investments, Inc. became the General Partner to the current Parigi Property Management, Ltd. along with numerous other limited partnerships.  All of the assets of Parigi Investments, Inc. were transferred to Parigi Property Management, Ltd. along with all of the liabilities associated with Parigi Investments, Inc. at the time of the transfer.  Today Parigi Property Management, Ltd. employs over Twenty-two (22) full-time employees and approximately Six (6) part-time employees.  Parigi Property Management, Ltd. manages over Forty (40) different apartment complexes in and around the Golden Triangle area which make up approximately Fifteen Hundred (1,500) apartments, townhomes, houses, office buildings, shopping centers, etc, etc…  Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has grown from just doing business as a property management and commercial brokerage company to expanding its capabilities to include residential and commercial development.  Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has an annual payroll of approximately $500,000.00 dollars not including officer salaries.  Parigi Property Management, Ltd. has a complete benefit package for its employees and prides itself with a very low employee turnover rate.  Sam C. Parigi, Jr. and wife Lisa M. Parigi own 100% of Parigi Property Management, Ltd. and Parigi Investments, Inc..  Both Lisa & Sam were born and raised in Beaumont and have no plans to move.
